Abstract
The purpose of the study was to establish the effect of resource management on completion of Kenya police housing scheme projects in Kenya. The study used a mixed method design. The target population was the 47 police housing scheme projects in 8 regional blocks in Kenya. A sample of 319 was selected using stratified random sampling. This study also utilized the descriptive and inferential statistics. The study found a statistically significant correlation between facility resource management, human resource management, financial resource management, material resource management, information technology resource management and the completion of Kenya Police Housing Scheme projects. The research concluded that facility resource management had the greatest effect on the completion of Kenya police housing scheme projects, followed by information technology resource management, then financial resource management, then material resource management, while human resource management had the least effect on the completion of Kenya police housing scheme projects. The study recommends that Kenya Police housing Scheme projects managers in Kenya should employ human resource practices that will ensure qualified personnel who are well trained and highly motivated to achieve projects which are completed within scope, budget, time and achieve quality.

Abstract
Inadequate resources hamper efficient and effective logistics capabilities and outsourcing implementations that are critical to the competitiveness of organizations. This study addresses the inadequate resources that bedevil the cement industry of Ghana by assessing the logistics capability and outsourcing performance of Ghana’s Cement industry. The study adopted the survey design and analyzed the data collected using a Variance-based Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) statistical analytical tool. The result revealed that the capital asset, human resources, and flow of information for logistic capabilities, as well as cross-docking and product marking for logistic outsourcing, significantly influence either financial or non-financial performance or both. Thus, logistics capability and outsourcing positively relate to organizational performance. This suggests that practitioners and managers should improve the flow of information and human resources activities in manufacturing organizations, which would significantly increase both the financial and non-financial performance of the organizations. The implication of sharing suitable information fosters transparency, leading to strengthening ties with suppliers, distributors, and customers for wealth creation.

A collection of published articles through a major database - Scopus was done, then through the synthesis of those articles, the final articles were identified. A systematic review of nearly 150 research articles from 7 reputed marketing journals on consumer behavior and branding have been analyzed. The four dominant themes that emerged were attitude structure, consumer purchase and choice, going local, and purchase loyalty. Abstract
This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and profit growth performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and evaluates the moderating role of environmental factors on the EO profit growth performance relationship. The research investigated the effects of EO on the growth performance of SMEs using a multidimensional model of EO to test the hypotheses’ relationship between EO and SME profit growth performance from data collected from SME owners, managers, and management. Data was collected through a survey questionnaire administered via email and some social medial platforms. The data collected was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS)- structural equation model (SEM) software. It was found EO positively influences SME profit growth performance and dynamic and munificence environments moderate the relationship between EO SME profit growth performance. It is suggested SME owners use these two environmental factors to facilitate improvement of the correlation between the EO SME profit growth performance.

Abstract
This paper seeks to examine e-procurement adoption technology, particularly in the Ghanaian public health sector. The adoption of e-procurement is crucial for the health sector due to its significance in enhancing internal efficiency and has a substantial influence on sustainability. Earlier studies have concentrated on how senior procurement managers utilize advanced technologies to attain environmental sustainability in healthcare operations. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been employed to elucidate the factors influencing the adoption decisions. The study utilized a questionnaire survey to assess respondents' understanding of questions posed by the researcher. The data from the questionnaires were investigated using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21, the Amos 22, and the SmartPLS v3.2 software to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the study did not support the acceptance of two hypotheses, whilst the other hypotheses were found to support e-procurement adoption. From the findings of this study, recommendations from a management perspective are discussed to improve management awareness in adopting electronic procurement.
